1. Character Name and Job: Jackson Griz, Job Medical Evac and Side Gunner for the UNSC Air Force
2. Age: 17
3. Why do you want to become a GM?: To help create fun events for the server, and do simulations aswell. that way I can help the grow the community with fun events and keep people coming back.
4. What languages do you speak? (languages which you can understand and can speak or write in. English is a must!): English is my only language I can speak other than broken fragments of german.
5. How long have you been playing Retribution Gaming?: 1 Day and 5 hours
6. How long do you usually stay online?: 8 hours + Daily And Im on PST so I could stay up later for your timezones and do late night events to keep people entertained that are on later.
7. How often do you like to be serious?: I am Serious during events and time's when their is passive RP. I only minge durring off hours with few players on.
8. How familiar are you with the server? Very Familar with this server and its map and rules.
9. Do you have any experience as a GM? (No need to mention server names): Yes I have had a lot of experience running events from my 5 servers I used to own and what to do and not to during an event, an Example of what not to is spawn something that will crash everyones's game or spawn in something that makes no sense being in the event. And an example of what to do is try and get everyone involved and doing something so they can have a fun time on the server.
10. In your own words, what are the duties and responsibilities of a GM? GM are supposed to make good events that bring's the server group closer together, and they can't do a perfect event but they can make great events that go very smoothly with the least amount of "hiccups" as possible. and their responsibilities are too make everyone have fun. and if someone is being rather mingy or a problem during an event that person will get warned they will be kicked, and if they continue after the warning they shall be kicked and it will be a staff members role to punish them for what they did during the event
11. How fond are you with PAC3?: I am very well with PAC3, but I think for the most part it's kinda of a mingy thing and is used to failRP for the most part
12. Give an event idea? (Short or long events): The Event is that we have a neighboring ship in the same system as us and there radio comms have stopped transmitting so we send a strike force to go investigate the ship to find it has been over run by covenant. they goal for the event is to search to see if there are any survivors, aswell as getting the power restored so they can transmit a message back to our ship, so they can send in reinforcements. but in the end our friendly ship ends up getting destroyed by our ships mac cannons destroying what intel left so the covenant can't use it to strike upon our other base's within the system.
